Rick Elliott has spent his life in the vacation rental industry. He began by helping his mother clean condos and beach houses before returning to North Myrtle Beach in 1990 to help lead the family business his father founded in 1959.
Over the years, Rick has helped Elliott Realty navigate changes in technology, marketing, distribution, homeowner expectations, and guest behavior. He has also remained deeply involved in tourism advocacy and the continued development of the Myrtle Beach community.
