I listen to a lot of podcasts, a lot of audiobooks, and every morning I spend time getting them all queued up for my daily drives and down time at work. I believe in order and maintain that structure throughout my day. That is, unless... Alex & Annie drop a new episode. When this happens I, mentally, shove everything off of my desk and onto the floor to make room for their podcast. Reason being, they've got a listening presence that is just sort of comfortable for any setting. It's like having a couple of friends and their guest chat away, wherever I am. Without having to make any effort to pay attention, I am happily absorbed in everything they're talking about and often find myself nodding in agreement or proclaiming "RIGHT?" and "Mhmmm" as if I'm just listening to a couple of pals talk about all the same things I'm interested in professionally. Maybe that's an odd thing to say, that their podcast makes me comfortable, but hey, that's a sincere statement and I'll stick to it. Ladies, thank you for all you do, I am so, so happy to have you in my impressive arsenal of inspiring things to listen to :)

Real Content & Relevant! Alex & Annie provide so much substance within their podcast. It is refreshing to hear topics of what we are seeing in vacation rentals and how other professionals are approaching them. Alex & Annie along with the guests on each episode are all notable within the hospitality and tourism industry and provide knowledge and thought provoking insight. I'm so glad to have Alex & Annie as an asset to further expand my knowledge in this very complex world of vacation rentals.

I always get great takeaways from every episode
I'm new to this space and there is not an episode I don't get some invaluable insight, advise, tip and tricks. Have listened to some (lots of) episodes multiply times as the information is so relevant and valuable. Thank you both for creating this podcast and thank you both to help shape the industry into such an empowering, information sharing & positive environment.

Being new to the Short Term Rental Industry - this is my new favorite podcast. Alex and Annie are great interviewers and bring on wonderful guests with vast backgrounds that bring such great knowledge to not only STR, but business as a whole. Keep it up ladies!

The best in the game!
I absolutely love this podcast! I came across it about a month ago and binged it like a series on Netflix. These girls are so motivational and inspirational. I love each and every one of their guests but the episode with Julie George speaks volumes to me. Thanks Alex and Annie! you girls Rock!

I have had the honor of getting to know these to giants in our industry, and I'm as impressed with how good this pod is as how great they are in person. Annie and Alex, are two of the most knowledgeable, innovators in our business and it's so cool to watch them crush something new.

As good as it gets....
Not sure that you'll find a better combination of industry chops and informative, charming dialogue than with these two STR mainstays. Whether the plan is to learn as you enter the industry, or grow as you're already in it, I love this podcast because it caters to the gamut. Smart, well intentioned bad asses is always a lethal combo in a podcast. Couldn't recommend enough.

This is worth every second of listening! The three of them build a roadway that takes you from guessing to knowing. The marketing world has evolved intellectually and from new perspectives from the digital world. Yet, THIS team never missed a beat! The folks who can honestly ask “To what end?” as regards their efforts add real value. Amber fashions in with brand vision and reputation branding to tie it all together. This modern threesome are not far off from writing their first book together. What they say is important. They go way beyond being just “influencers.” They are the real deal! They are intellectually honest and brave enough to self-critique. They know that marketing/branding is a tap dance to viewers and users. How well you tap is directly related to how grounded you are! Ask them where they bought their tap shoes! Ladies, you are donnish as “buttah” on-air. To think that this only your second podcast—-wow! I’ve been doing these kind of assignments for 35 years. I’ve hired dozens of strategists and creatives, but none get to the DNA of the field as do the triple-A’s! Hooray to those who listen to them, and then start the tribe of believers!
