With more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, travel technology, and marketplace strategy, Michelle is passionate about advancing the vacation rental industry and helping property managers build stronger, more profitable businesses. She is an active member of the VRMA community, serving on both the Membership and Ambassador Committees, and serves on the advisory board of Mountain Travel Symposium.
