Alexandra “Ali” Chaney is a Northwest Florida entrepreneur, licensed Realtor, and founder of 30A Beach Stays & Vacations, a boutique luxury vacation rental management company serving Florida’s scenic 30A corridor and surrounding beach communities.
With a background in marketing and finance, an MBA from Florida State University, and experience in finance and real estate, Ali combines a business-minded approach with a genuine passion for hospitality, luxury properties, and building successful brands.
Ali founded 30A Beach Stays in 2023 and has grown the company into an award-winning vacation rental management business known for its hands-on service, attention to detail, and elevated guest experience. She has since expanded her entrepreneurial pursuits into real estate through 30A Beach Realty and design through 30A Beach Designs.
Driven by an appreciation for beautiful spaces, smart investments, and creating opportunities, Ali is passionate about helping homeowners maximize the potential of their properties while connecting buyers and guests with the lifestyle that makes 30A so special.
