Sarah Bradford
Sarah Bradford is a seasoned vacation rental industry leader and entrepreneur. She and her husband, Chris, founded Winter Park Lodging Company, growing it to manage over 180 luxury rentals in Colorado’s Winter Park Resort. In 2016, they launched Steamboat Lodging Company, applying lessons learned to build another successful business. In 2022, they sold both companies to Continuum Management Group. Now based in Steamboat Springs, Sarah enjoys helping other vacation rental managers find success, skiing daily in the winter, and playing lots of pickleball with her husband and twin teenaged boys, Nicholas and Willem.

Sarah co hosted a popular vacation rental podcast for over 7 years called "The Vacation Rental Manager's Podcast with Sarah and T" or "Sarah and T" for short. They have 180 episodes published to date.
