operation in Da Nang from scratch over 10 years. Somewhere along the way I realized every pricing tool I used could tell me what to charge but none could tell me who I was charging. The visitor booking direct and the one coming
through Airbnb carried completely different willingness to pay, but every tool treated them the same. So I built ApexAlpha, a demand visibility platform that reads visitor intent and willingness-to-pay in real time on direct booking
sites. It's a new category in VR that nobody's talking about yet.
