Carly Traub is the co-founder and CEO of Lazy Sunday Rentals, an intentionally built short-term rental management company in Indianapolis. She started the business with a simple belief: travel should feel like a Lazy Sunday, unhurried & restorative, and so should the company behind it. In one of the most competitive urban markets, Carly has grown her portfolio by surrounding herself with people she genuinely enjoys, choosing value-aligned partnerships, and making strategic decisions rooted in joy instead of pressure. By building in close collaboration with her husband’s general contracting company, Turnaround Repairs, she’s been able to offer owners a seamless, one-stop experience for design, renovations, and management, literally under one roof. Carly is committed to proving that it’s possible to grow, lead, and succeed in this industry without burnout, and without sacrificing the life you’re working so hard to build.
