I became, I am probably one of the most knowledgeable persons about uh people about zoning in the area, specifically to vacation rentals.

And so I was asked to start a vacation rental management company because we don't have um and didn't, we have a lot more now, but we didn't have a lot at the time that were really high-end and that were that understood the market, both from the legacy market of Book Direct.
